Delivery and Returns

Your parcel’s transportation

Parcels are usually sent out 48 hours after we have received your payment. The shipping used are Colissimo (with tracking, delivered with a signature) in France or DHL. No matter what type of shipping is chosen, we will send you a link allowing you to track your parcel’s delivery online as soon as possible.

Shipping costs  includes the packaging, handling and postal fees. They include a fixed price and a variable price depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend that you re-group your purchases in a single order as we cannot group two different orders AND you would have to pay shipping fees for each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk and special care is taken to parcels containing fragile products. 



Returns and refunds

You have 30 days to return a product from the date you received it. Please follow this procedure: 

1.     Go to your customer account in the Purchase History

2.     Select the purchase number, choose the product(s) that you want to send back and click on “Make a return”. Send back the merchandise in its original state, unworn, with all the labels and the packaging.

We normally manage returns within 3 working days from receiving them in our warehouse. During busy times, this can take up to 7 working days. As soon as your refund has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.

The refunds will be made on articles sent back that conform to the above instructions. In the case of irregularities, the package will be sent back to you.
