Delivery

Following your order confirmation, your package will be prepared and shipped within two business days. During sales or promotions, shipping times may be extended.


You will receive an email informing you of the shipment of your package. The status of your order is visible at any time on your account, in the page "History of your orders" and you can also find the tracking number of your package to track its routing.


We use the services of LAPOSTE and UPS for the shipping and delivery of your orders. Rates and delivery times vary depending on the weight of your items and the country of destination linked to your delivery address that you provide at the time of your order.

To allow you to have a direct view of the shipping costs on your order, you can estimate the shipping costs in your basket, via the "Estimate" feature.

Packages are delivered against signature to the delivery address indicated on your order confirmation. In case of absence, the driver leaves a notice of passage inviting you to make an appointment for a delivery at a later date, delivers your package on hold at the post office or at a relay point, or can also drop your parcel at guardian or neighbor.

Packages waiting at the post office or relay point are for an average of 10 to 15 days.

Returns and refunds

Conditions of return and refund

the product (s) must be returned:

* in their original packaging;
* in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, not stained), complete (that is to say with accessories, instructions, labels, ...);
* accompanied by the voucher you have printed from your account

We reserve the right to refuse your return and cancel the refund if the return conditions are not respected.


Right to retract

Customers have a right of withdrawal they can exercise, without having to justify reasons, within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.


Return procedure

1. Log in to your customer area.

2. see the section "History of my orders". click "create a return" for the order concerned.

3. Select the product (s) you want to return and the reason (s) for the return.
click on "generate a return".

4. The confirmation of your return request will be sent to you by email. You will then be able to print the return slip from your return history.

5. return items that do not suit you in their original packaging with their label, attaching the return slip to the following address:

We remind you that the cost of return are your responsibility (see our terms and conditions) and advise you to make your return with a tracking number to avoid any problem due to delivery.


Methods and deadlines for reimbursement

The refund will be made on the means of payment used during the validation of the order. This will be done within 14 days of receipt of the return by our warehouse.
