This translation is only here as information, it has no legal value. The only legitimate document is the French version of our Terms of sales.
MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL (the "Company" or "MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL") is the company operating the www.majesticfilatures.com website (the "Site").
For the purposes hereof, it is agreed that the Customer and MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL will be referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party". These terms and conditions (hereinafter the "General Conditions") govern the sale of products made by MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL (the "Products" to any individual making a purchase of the product on the site.

ARTICLE 1 : OBJECT
The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to define the conditions under which the Products are sold by MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL to the Customer. They thus regulate the various stages of completion of the sale: from the placing of the order by the Customer to the delivery of the Product.
MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version on the Site. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force on the Site on the date of placing of the order by the Customer. Placing an order for a Product offered on the Site and checking the box indicating that the Customer accepts the General Conditions of Sale implies the Customer's full acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.
ARTICLE 2 : PRODUCTS
The Products offered for sale by MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL are those which appear on the Site on the day of its consultation. The photographs illustrating the Products are not contractual, each Product is also the subject of a descriptive sheet.
The offers presented are valid as long as they are announced on the Site and within the limits of available stocks.
The offers presented are valid subject to their availability. Information on the availability of products is provided to the Customer when placing their order.
In the event of unavailability of a product after placing the order:
- The Customer will be informed by email as soon as possible.
- Customer service will contact the Customer to inform them of the cancellation of their Order and offer to renew their Order, with the exception of the product that is not available.
- The unavailable product will be refunded to the Customer on the bank card used for the purchase.
The Company undertakes to deliver Products which comply with the applicable French and European provisions, in particular relating to the safety and health of persons and in particular to the legislation on regulated chemical substances.
Any lack of conformity of the Products purchased on the Site is guaranteed by the Company under the conditions of article L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and hidden defects in the thing sold under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
As part of the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity, the Customer:
For any warranty request, please bring your purchase invoice and contact our Customer Service on 01 40 30 50 55 or by e-mail at email@example.com (Opening hours from Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. / 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.). If you receive defective or damaged Products, please report these faults to us immediately or report it to the carrier. Failure to report such faults does not deprive you of the benefit of legal guarantees. The Company will bear all logistical costs related to their exchange. The Products are returned to the Company under the responsibility of the Customer.
The Company cannot be held responsible for returned products that have been lost or damaged during delivery.
ARTICLE 3 : PRICES
The prices are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding delivery costs.
The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in force when the order is registered.
The delivery costs are communicated to the Customer on the summary of the order before validation of the latter; they are expressed all taxes included, except special offer.These costs are borne by the Customer and are invoiced in addition to the sale price of the products.
The risk of loss and deterioration of the products will be transferred after delivery and receipt of the products by the Customer.
ARTICLE 4 : ORDER AND PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS
4.1 Placing the order
- Step 1: the Client checks the contents of his cart, he can modify his order (product, size, quantity).
After checking the order and if necessary modified, the Customer selects the country of delivery and then validates the shoppingcart in order to finalize the order by clicking on the button "proceed to checkout".
- Step 2: The Client registers on the site or identifies.
- Step 3: The Client checks his delivery address, accept the terms and conditions and clicking on the button "validate and pay my order" it accesses the banking partner's site.
- Step 4: Entering bank details: Customer will access then the secure payment screen MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL partner.
Payment is made online by credit card on the platform of the banking partner MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL.
4.2 Order Confirmation
Upon acceptance of payment, the Customer will receive an email confirming his order. The confirmation will recall all the items ordered, the billing and delivery address, as well as a copy of the invoice referring to the General Conditions of Sale.
The validation of the order by the Customer and the order confirmation sent to the Customer by email by MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL following the acceptance of payment constitute the conclusion of a sales contract between the Parties and acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.
The Customer who has placed an order will have the option of printing his invoice by logging onto the Site in the order tracking space provided for this purpose.
MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL reserves the right not to validate the order in the event of legitimate reason, in accordance with article L.121-11 of the Code of consumption, in particular if the Customer is the author of abnormal or abusive complaints, abnormal orders with regard to the quantities ordered, abnormal or abusive exchanges and returns, or in the event of a dispute existing with the Customer relating to a payment incident.

The price of Products purchased is payable for the full amount on the day the customer places the order.
Payment is made online by credit card (CB / VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX) at the time of validation of the order by the Customer. The payment authorization request is made at the time of confirmation of the order on the Site.
In the event of a payment defect, an incorrect address or any other problem on the Customer's account, MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL may block the Customer's order until the problem is resolved.
In the event of fraudulent use of their bank card on the Site, the Customer is invited to contact MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL by e-mail at the following address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Transactions carried out on the Site are secured by the payment system of MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL's partner, the HSBC bank.
All the information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties.
At no time does the Customer's financial data pass through the MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL computer system.
The bank verifies that the connection with the customer’s browser is secure before sending the payment form to the banking institution that performs the financial transaction.
In the event of a technical problem preventing payment from being made, you will receive an error message from the bank.
You will then have to renew the payment authorization request, you will only be debited for the payment amount once.
In the event of a payment default or any other problem on the Customer's account, the Company may block the Customer's order until the problem is resolved.
In the event of fraudulent use of their bank card on the site, the Customer must contact their bank, which issues the card used.
The Customer is also invited to contact the Company by e-mail at the following address email@example.com.
As the bank is a technical service provider, it does not take care of claims relating to orders, which are processed directly by the Company as specified above or, where applicable, by the Customer's bank.
4.4. Archiving of the order
The order confirmation is recorded in the Company's registers, which are themselves stored on a reliable and durable medium.
The Customer accepts that the order confirmation is considered as proof of the contractual relations between the Parties.
ARTICLE 5 : DELIVERY
The Company uses the services of LAPOSTE and UPS for the shipping and delivery of products ordered by the Customer.
Deliveries take place within the time specified when placing the order.

The Customer is informed that the prices and delivery times vary according to the country defined by the customer as the delivery address at the time of his order and which is authentic.
Depending on the Customer's selection, the corresponding price will be indicated automatically in the order process and will appear on his order summary.
In case of breach of our delivery obligation on the date indicated or within the time limit, you can cancel your order, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or in writing (email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org) if, after having us having ordered by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by any other writing to effect said delivery within a reasonable additional time, we have failed to deliver to you within the time limit.
In the event of cancellation of the contract, we will proceed to the full refund of your purchase, shipping costs included, using the payment method used during your purchase, unless expressly agreed by you. Reimbursement will take place within fourteen (14) days from the date of cancellation of the contract.
ARTICLE 6 : RECEIPT OF THE ORDER - COMPLAINTS - RETURNS
In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the Products by himself or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by him, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of the costs of returning the Products in question, which must all be returned at once, to the new condition, unworn, unwashed, in their packaging and with the original labels, also in perfect condition at:

The Customer must state his wish to return the Product (s) by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, standard form to be completed online on the site, email). The Customer can follow the return procedure through "My account", "My order history", "see details" and wait for validation of the return by customer service.

The risks and costs of return are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
We recommend that the Customer use a tracking shipment and insure the shipment to avoid any disputes.
When non-compliance has been noted, MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL will offer the Customer:
- Replacement of the Product (s) charged to MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL.
- Reimbursement of the price of the returned Products and delivery costs, at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date on which MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL customer service has been informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
Orders paid in part or in full using a voucher will be subject to a new voucher in the event of return of items.
ARTICLE 7 : PERSONAL DATA
MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL collects certain information necessary to process orders. These data are not only necessary for the processing of the customer's order by MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL, but also to communicate to the Customer information on the brand, on the Site or to make him benefit from commercial offers, if the Customer accepts it by validating his order and by creating a customer account.

Placing an order on the Site implies knowledge and acceptance of the procedures in force on the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times, connection times, inquiries or information transfers, risks of cut, the risks of contamination by viruses circulating on the network and in general all the risks linked to the use of the Internet.
MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL can therefore in no way be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use or incident related to the use of the computer, Internet access, maintenance or malfunction servers, telephone line or any other technical connection, the customer's connection to the Site being under its sole responsibility.
ARTICLE 10 : MAJOR FORCE
MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL will not be responsible for the total or partial non-execution of its obligations under the order placed by the Customer, if this non-execution is caused by an event constituting a case of force majeure as defined by the applicable right.
In such an event, MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL will inform the Client of the occurrence of such an event within three (3) (three) clear days of its occurrence, by email.
After a period of one (1) month, and in the event that the event constituting a case of force majeure persists, the order will be canceled and will be subject to a refund of MAJESTICFILATURES if necessary RETAIL on the bank card used to place the order within a maximum period of thirty (30) days.
ARTICLE 11 : LAW
The General Conditions of Sale are executed and interpreted in accordance with French law.
In the event of claims relating to the interpretation or execution of the General Conditions of Sale, the Customer first addresses MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL to reach an amicable solution.
The Client has the possibility of submitting any complaints on the claim resolution platform put online by the European Commission at the following address: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=FR.
The European Commission will transfer the Customer's complaint to the notified competent national mediators.
The Client may also use any other alternative method of claim resolution. Notwithstanding the above, in the event of a claim, in accordance with Regulation No. 44/2001 of December 22, 2000, the French courts will have jurisdiction:
- you can seize either the court of the place where you are domiciled, or the court of the place of the registered office of MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL,
- MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL may seize the court of the place where you are domiciled.
In accordance with articles L. 612-1 to L. 612-5 of the Consumer Code, all consumers have the right to have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of the dispute between them and a professional.
To this end, MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL guarantees the consumer the effective use of a consumer mediation system.
