MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL is the company operating the WWW.MAJESTICFILATURES.COM website whose registered office is located at 27bis, rue du Louvre - 75002 Paris, registered with the RCS Versailles under number 794 973 537.

Any individual making a purchase of the product on the site.
For the purposes hereof, it is agreed that the Customer and MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL will be referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party". These terms and conditions (hereinafter the "General Conditions") govern the sale of products made by MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL on the Site.
MAJESTICFILATURES RETAIL reserves the right to modify at any time these terms and conditions by posting a new version on the Site. The terms and conditions of sale are those in force on the Site at the time of placing the order by the Customer. ARTICLE 1 : OBJECT

ARTICLE 4 : ORDER AND PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS

Orders paid in part or in whole with a voucher code will be good to have a new code if returned articles.
