HOW DOES IT WORK ?

This service is offered via the "Reserve in store" button on each product page.

All you have to do is choose your size and the store where you want to make the reservation, then fill in some personal information:
- Your name and first name,
- Your email and phone number.

Within two working hours, you will receive an email from the store confirming, or not, the availability of the requested item and a reservation number. 

Therefore, your item will be reserved for 48 hours. After this time, the item will be automatically returned to the stock of the store and the reservation will be cancelled.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I get my articles at the store? 

All you have to do is present your reservation and reservation number, including your name,  within the 48h period. 

Can I reserve several articles ?

If you make a new reservation request within 15 minutes from a previous one, they will be grouped together.

Can I make a reservation on a Sunday?

This is perfectly possible. When the reservation is made while a store is closed, your request will be processed the next day, within 2 hours from the store opening hours.  
However, the service may be deactivated during certain periods of time, such as official sales dates.

Can I change my mind?

Of course you can! There is no obligation to buy: if the item does not fit, you can change size, color or garment. Moreover, you can easily cancel your reservation using the email that was sent to you.

What are the return conditions ?

The return conditions are the same as those that usually apply at our stores.

Please note that during commercial discount periods, the price applied in the store will be the same as the one indicated on the website, provided that the promotions are still running when you go to the store. If the item is picked up after the end of the commercial operation, then the price in store will be the one before the discount.
